Professional Experience:
Currently, as Director of Business Growth- Sales and Marketing, I am responsible for building a sustainable business start-up in the Phramaceutical space.
I initiated UDAAN collaborative in Jhpiego to create the largest network of providers.
I successfully led & implemented the largest social marketing contract in India, (NACO condom social marketing program) worth 33 crores across 11 states.
With my prior experience in the pharmaceutical sector and the social marketing sector, I became the founding sales and marketing director in PSI India Private Limited, the modern social enterprise of PSI. I have contributed to a significant growth of sales value in a span of 3 years.
This resulted in increased social impact and an improvement in gross margin.
Having worked for Pfizer for 24 years, followed by projects supported by the BMGF, Packard Foundation and GOI investment in Public health, I bring the combined experience and acumen of building and managing business models in both, the commercial sector and public health. I have partnered with multiple NGOs and social organizations to foster market access.
My key areas of specialization include development of business plans for strategic business units, design of commercial distribution and supply chain models, consumer and trade marketing strategies, including integration of technology for consumer outreach.
