7 years of experience on implementing bi- lateral program (Indo-Swiss) and multipronged National Missions focused on climate change adaptation, livelihood security and climate vulnerability assessment. Supported the coordination and implementation of activities at National and State level under the National Mission on Sustaining Himalayan Ecosystem (NMSHE) and National Mission on Strategic Knowledge on Climate Change (NMSKCC) under the National Action Plan on Climate Change (NAPCC) at Department of Science and Technology, Govt of India. I was strongly focused on building effective communication and collaboration of national and state level agencies, and created synergies between government agencies, practitioners, educational and research institutes, monitor and evaluate the project and programs under the National Missions, develop knowledge products and conduct stake holder interactions and capacity building programs. I have worked also in leading environmental think tank, the Centre for Science and Environment, New Delhi. I was actively involved in research, advocacy and multiple stake holder interactions.
