1) Working as ‘Programme Associate’ in Durbar Mahila Samanwaya Committee since 2017.
Job description :
• To ensure smooth execution and functioning of organizational program, Program conceptualizing, Team Building, Organizing and attending meetings, Liaising with Govt. policy makers, Stake-holders, Visitors and internal staff, Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations, prepare minutes, reports, Networking with all the running projects.
• Liaising with different social organizations and activists to build a strong network to establish the rights and demands for workers of unorganized sector and also for basic social security’s of different marginalized communities. Served as member of the Steering Committee of RTFWB (Right To Food& Work West Bengal chapter) for three consecutive years
• Serving as a Chief Coordinator in distributing food packets covering around 40,000 sex workers across the state of West Bengal (From April 2020 to till date). The price value of these food baskets marks around Rupees 5 crores .
2) Worked as Rehabilitation Officer/ Superintendent in Mahila Seva Samity having two ‘Homes’ for child girl and women and another ‘Home’ for Senior Women and also the in-house Vocational Training Centre – Handloom and Food processing.
( Project- Swadhar Greh) from 2014 to 2017.
