I have extensively worked in various aspects of health for over 11 years including, Research & report writing, Program Planning & Implementing, Monitoring & Evaluation, Hospital/Health administration and Quality assurance, Process and Impact documentation, Material development and capacity building during my tenure.
I am an empanelled External Assessor with MoHFW and has extensively travelled across the country to assess public health facilities against National Quality Assurance Standards (NQAS , LaQshya, SUMAN & MUSQAN).
I am also empanelled National Mentor (LaQshya) for District Hospitals with SHS Bihar under NHM Bihar.I am certified Internal counsellor/auditor for NABH.
I have a passion for quality assurance and standardisation of processes and has led efforts for betterment in public health institutions as well as multi-specialty hospitals.
For past one and a half years, I am engaged in healthcare management projects through individual consultancy and through partnership in "capacity building"(at individual and systems level) which intent to serve simple solutions to complex health system problems.

Education:

I am a Dental graduate with First class in my academics, a certified green belt six sigma from ISI Mumbai, Diploma in healthcare Quality Management from TISS Mumbai and MBA in Hospital and Health Care from Sikkim Manipal university. I am qualified for UGC NET JRF in Social medicine and Community Health, also enrolled for PhD Cohort 4 in IIHMR University but couldn't complete due to personal constraints.
