Offering over 17 years of experience in the field of Project Management, Rural/social Development, Enterprise Development and Women Empowerment.Currently associated with Uttrakhand Gramya Vikas Samiti D.DUN (UGVS) 216, Dehradun as Project Manager - Livelihood Recovery. Skilled in planning and execution of programme i.e. Swa-Shakti Project (World Bank Funded) and Livelihood improvement project for the Himalayas (International fund for Agriculture development (IFAD funded).
Adroit in coordinating with the committees evaluating the progress as well as updating and assisting Project Director and Chief Program Manager.Proven track record in NGOs monitoring,Institution building and nurturing, enterprise promotion liaising with different government developmental departments like Rural Development, W&CDD, Social welfare, Agri/Horti and, vetnary/animal husbandry department. •Successfully implemented Livelihood Improvement Project with formation and Nurturing of 5100 SHGs/PGs and 140 Self-reliant Cooperativeswith setting 345 individual and group enterprises.
•Gave training to 7023 women on SHG Concept with help of module, organised various RCH, HEALTH and physical handicapped camp with help of district hospitals/CMO.
•Successfully completed a survey on Result Impact and Monitoring System (RIMS) and Project Evaluation Report with help of evaluation agency.
•Accountable for women drudgery reduction activities, demonstrated 2380 Vormi- composting pits, Different Agri-tools, Grasses and women friendly animal management practices.
•Prepared agreement of the federation and converted 53 federations from social mode to enterprise mode with turnover of Rs. 20.60 crores with profit of Rs. 2 crore.
Besides this, I am well versed with computer operations that I believe are essential to all positions and I have completed MBA (Human Resource Management) from NIM in 2008. And Master of social work (Human Resource Management & Community work) from A.M.U in 1998.
