I’m having more than 20 years of experience in program management, strategic planning, grant management, partnership management and issue-based advocacy on Strengthening governance, Education, Health, & Nutrition. Lead multidisciplinary partners and projects I have good experience of managing staff including staff development, mentoring, and performance appraisal and facilitate participatory training, monitoring & evaluation.
• In the current position I’m leading Strategic Planning and Assistance Unit in Rural Development Department to support the department in strengthening systems for better service delivery various schemes. Supported Aspirational District Program to strengthening governance systems on Education, Health and Agriculture and also played key role in rolling out of Outcome Budget based planning for Govt. Of Jharkhand.
• As part of Aide et Action Initiated, facilitated and supported intervention on access to quality education, inclusive education and livelihood education in the states of Telangana, Andhra Pradesh and Maharashtra of India and also in Nepal.
• I was responsible for scaling up of ICT enabled extension in agriculture, health & nutrition projects in the state of Jharkhand supported by BMGF and USAID respectively. Projects were successfully scaled up in partnership with Health Mission, Nutrition Mission and Livelihood Missions of govt. of Jharkhand. Involved in project capacity building support in Ethiopia as well.
