I have an extensive 11 years of experience in the social development sector. I have started my career from grassroots, I have risen up to the managerial level, where I am able to monitor projects and also guide a team of young professionals, intern and volunteers towards better implementation of project.
Based on my experience, skills and education; I feel that I have potential to become a central member of organisation. I studied management and relevant social science subjects along with I have 11 years of hands-on experience on the following below subjects:

*CSR and Sustainability
*Recycling and Municipal Solid Waste Management
In addition to my extensive experience in handling project and program, I have good writing skills, creative abilities which facilitate me in developing reports, designing and creating of newsletters under program and other communication material for the organizations and partner agencies that I have worked with.
Currently, I am working as a Senior Manager, TARA Livelihood Academy (Development Alternative Group). I have built a strong record in capacity building domain. I have also demonstrated an ability to supervise; Introduced many creative mode of awareness social marketing tools, get reporting from field staffs. I am also master trainer of many projects which led secure livelihood.
