? Worked as head of office in State Government and responsible for budget of about 100 crores. Also responsible for audit check of the budget both expenditure & collection. Responsible for payroll management of all staff in HRMS system where I had taken training. Also responsible for recruitment of staff up to a level and acting as a member in recruitment process of Public Service Commission & staff selection Commission.
? While working in Transport Department, Government of Odisha full digitization of the department done in 2006 and I was working at Bhubaneswar started this as a pilot project and it was then rolled out to the entire state within a record time span of 4 and ½ months. During this process I was the coordinating officer between NIC, Government of India (Software developer), M/S Smart Chip Ltd (the vendor supporting the department) and department officials. I was taking steps to liaise, coordinate & update the application in respect to our state provisions with software developing agency and implementing the same after testing the same in an accurate manner. Also every improvement in development was first tested in our office and then transferred to all other offices in the state. I had given theoretical & practical training to all our staff and officers in our office and worked as first hand contact point of every inquiry for all staff, officers.
? During Nabakalebar-2015 I was in-charge of entire transport arrangement including parking arrangement. Further I was also in-charge of construction of a new bus stand at Puri at an estimated cost of Rs 72 crores which was completed before time and was fully utilised during Nabakalebar – 2015.
? Also made system of reporting through MIS which was accurate & timely. Record of which are always available for better analysis.
? I have also worked in a committee to recommend the fare of different type of vehicles including buses, goods carriages etc to be finalised by Government. Also the committee recommends the fares to be charged during election process for different types of vehicles to be approved by Government. Also visited different states to study the process of charging fares of different type of vehicles & automated fare revision which was later implemented in our state.
? We have successfully converted all our 35 offices in the entire state from manual to digital and gradually all services were made digital which yielded good customer satisfaction & better revenue collection and record keeping.
? Also taken training on solar energy organised by Niesbud in September 2017 at Bhubaneswar.
