-Schedule TOT to STRC and TSU/NERO-POs and training programme to TI NGOs staff on Condom Social Marketing.
-Coordinating and monitoring all special interventions of NACO at the state level such as Female Condom Program, Condom Vending Machine (CVM) Program, Migrant Health Camps and RRE.
-Initiated scientific formula based demand estimation for free condoms to minimize wastage.
-Initiated weekly tracking of free condoms status at TI NGO level for effective inventory management and monthly tracking of free condom inventory at SACS.
-Overall social marketing condom distribution in rural area has grown by over 150% (from 351 in 2007-08 to 878 million in 2013-14).
-Increasing focus on rural coverage under CSM Programme resulted in reducing time to access condom in rural areas.
-Increasing accessibility of social marketing condoms at High Risk sites and THP areas helped in reducing demand and wastage for free condoms.
-Initiated GPS based real-time monitoring of program implementation.
