Studied the socio-economic conditions of people in selected villages and understood their livelihood pattern, educational status and the reasons for youth migrating in cities. Internship with “Jammu & Kashmir State Rural Livelihoods Mission”(JKSRLM) (45 days)- Studied their challenges in implementing DAY-NRLM in Jammu and the impact of social mobilisation process in the life of households mobilised through the mission. Post Graduate Diploma in Rural Development Management (PGDRDM) National Institute of Rural Development, Hyderadabd Internship with “Centre of Science for villages”, Wardha, Maharashtra (45 days): Studied and analysed various village patterns in selected districts of Maharashtra, conducted comparative study on Dairy Co-operatives and prepared a village development proposal along with the community.

AAROHAN FOODS PVT. Ltd. Guwahati, Assam – Piggery Value Chain, Roing August 2019 – Present Through Aarohan Foods Pvt. Ltd. we facilitated SHG members on the importance of hygienic shelter for pig, nutrition, water intake, vaccination, processing and packaging of pig meat, etc. They introduced customised silage feed which would provide adequate protein required for the pigs. Moreover, Deep Litter System Pig Sty was introduced which is low cost with minimum maintenance. They also planned for introducing Pig Health Card and supply chain of vaccines which has not yet been implemented. A pig slaughter house is also built which is yet to be completed.
CLEAN, New Delhi & TIDE, Bengaluru – Biomass Dryer Unit, Roing February 2020 - Present Prepared a Business Plan with the SHG Members to run a drying unit. Trained them on value additon of ginger through LEDP (NABARD) and skill training on packaging of value added products. Working on FSSAI Registration.
SeSTA DEVELOPMENT SERVICES, Guwahati – FPO Promotion, Roing August 2021 - Present Assisted in mobilising SHG Members and promoting FPO under 10000 FPO Promotion Scheme. Registered an Farmer Producers’ Company (FPC). Facilitated the SHG members under FPO Cluster in planning for the future course of action. It has been decided to link VDVKC, LEDP, Biomass Dryer in their business plan. They have decided for ginger as the primary product so while procuring machineries through VDVKC, the DPR has been prepared focusing ginger as the main product. They will be trained on ginger processing through LEDP. SeSTA Development Services will be facilitating in capacity building of Board of Directors, CEO and Accountant as well as marketing of their agriculture produce.
