• Facilitate partners to establish rapport and network with state & district Government officials & other stakeholders; provide guidance to the Disabled People’s Organisations (DPOs) to stand for the rights of the persons with disabilities (PWDs)
• Monitor the performance of the NGO partners periodically
• Enable partners to understand the information exchange barriers in reaching government scheme information to community and persons with disability & evolve innovative strategies to address it.
• Provide technical support to the NGO partners to conduct the baseline sample survey to establish database & prepare baseline survey report
• Undertake periodic visits to each NGO partner to provide technical support; Analyze and report the field challenges with recommendation for solutions
• Guide the CBR Coordinators to assess the project staff’s annual performance to recommend the deserving staff for the best performance award
• Prepare annual newsletter and the annual report; Ensure timely submission of reports as per GLRA India & EU reporting schedule
• Prepare annual activity plan & budget
• Represent the organization at various national & international platforms
• Prepare case studies & write articles
• Overseeing a project on flood relief & rehabilitation implemented in Assam
