• Researching the Card Accounts for any discrepancy and provide appropriate resolution to the Cardmember within the stipulated time.
• Communicating with merchant, cardmember internal departments and other related bodies through emails, mails, phones or fax.
• Setting up and working on Disputes of various industries like Airlines, Hotels, Online Shopping.
• Also worked on Credit Balance Refund Checks and Merchant Chargeback Reversal, Claims Paid (missing payments).
• Creating contents with training team and product updates regularly, to be used in internal reference software.

• Involved in complete recruitment cycle, from Job Posting, searching and screening the resumes, interviewing candidates, documentations, coordinating reference checks, background checks drug tests (if/when required), completing joining formalities, and conducting induction programs.
