I have worked in the three NGOs till now. so firstly i joined Srijan Foundation(GRC) As a Help Desk Counselor so main focus on counseling of their services to local residence and manage documentation side by side . Secondly i joined Nai Umang (CBO)as a Project Coordinator so there i used to work on reporting and coordination with staff and manage day to day expenses etc. then i joined Sahayog charitable trust as a DPO(DRC) so there i used to focus on monitoring & evaluation,reporting etc.
