My work in an HIV and AIDS program exposed me to the basic tenets of community development among the marginalised. I had successfully pioneered the first HIV and AIDS home care program in Churachandpur. Mobilized local churches and raised volunteers in thirteen churches for care and support of PLHIV. Write proposals and reports in standard Micah Network template. (Log frame) I Co-authored a curriculum for seminary student called Integral Missions and HIV and authored Catechism for Christians and HIV intended for primary prevention IEC among Sunday school children.

I also had served as a Partnership Facilitator in Compassion International at its East India office in Kolakata from March 2010 till July 2015. As a Partnership Facilitator, I am the main liaising personnel between Compassion and its assisted projects of a specified area. I represented the organization to the implementing churches and organizations, and other stake holders for enhanced partnership and networking. I had hands on experience in program planning and development, monitoring and evaluation, organisation building and gained a keen sense of strategies and challenges in partnership negotiation and development. As the sole representative of an assigned area or cluster of projects and its personnel, I was responsible for communicating the field realities, progress, challenges and impacts to the corporate office in the form of template based reports and impact stories for donors as per the standard and requirements.

Compassion International, being a donor agency, I am no stranger to financial stewardship and accountability. Efficient management of finance and cost effective programming is always a priority in for a reputed international development organisation. I have worked with multi-cultural community, monitor and supervise implementation of programme in diverse contexts. Moreover, my experiences helps me to understand the necessity of working in consultation and coordination with my supervisors as well as colleagues ans subordinates for dynamic teamwork and optimum output.
