5+ years of experience in AIT in supporting and coordinating International Dev projects:

* Gender Mainstreaming in 20+ IFAD projects in Asia
* Capacity building of 300+ Project Team Members in Gender Issues
* Facilitated 15+ trainings and workshops for IFAD project stakeholders (Including government officials). Topics included gender responsive budgeting, gender sensitive project management, gender analysis, gender audit, gender sensitive logframe, and other gender issues
* Gender sensitization of project logframe, MnE framework, training materials and other resources
* Developed tools and guidelines : Gender sensitive training programs, Guidelines for gender sensitive monitoring and evaluation, Checklist for gender sensitive RBM, Gender sensitivity quiz for project managers, Gender action learning tool for value chain
* Using social media, website, discussion forums, newsletters, for increasing participation and awareness on gender issues

Education:

MSc. in Gender and Development Studies (2006-2008) from Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand. Main courses of study included, Gender responsive budgeting, Gender Responsive Development Planning, Millennium Development Goals, Human Rights, Gender Analysis, Culture & Human Development, Gender and Health, NGO Management, Gender in Urban Planning and Development, and Social Research methodologies

Additionally, I hold a diploma in Computer Applications and BEd.
