? Preparing Financial proposals for International Projects funded by Bilateral Funding Agencies like USAID, JICA and DFID including financial negotiations.
? Design, Develop and Manage budgets, setting up monitoring systems and variance analysis
? Financial Structuring, modelling and analysis
? Advising in the area of Cost Management.
? Dealing with statutory compliance for India office.
? Revenue assurance as per contract with client and monitoring payment efficiency
? Reporting to US head office on the project accounting transactions/ monthly expense reports and coordinating with Audit team at US office
? Coordinating with banks, both Indian and International.
? Review of payroll processing and other staff claims as per established organizational standards
? Value addition to project offices for all activities in the project implementation related to HR, Administration, Accounts, Employee claim, Payroll, Taxation, etc.
Education:
? ICWA - Institute of Cost Accountants of India, Kolkatta (Year: 1998).
? Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics from Sambalpur University, Odisha (Year: 1992).

? Successfully developed financial proposals for two major bilaterally funded projects in the states of Rajasthan and Tamil Nadu and concluded the financial negotiations as per the guidelines of JICA at The Louis Berger Group, Inc.
