Professional Experience: |
1. Relationship Management with Government and Industry organizations / associations in the Green Jobs sectors, i.e., Renewable Energy (Solar, Wind, Small-hydro, Biomass), Green Construction, Green Transportation, Carbon Sinks, Water / Wastewater Management, Solid Waste Management and E-waste management. 2. Work closely with National Institute of Solar Energy (NISE) for convergence of skill development activities in the Green Jobs sector. 3. Organize industry workshops for interface with subject matter experts, industry leaders and training institutes for skill development activities. 4. Evaluation of the ‘Skill Development – Short Term Training Proposals’ obtained through the requisite channel. 5. Assessment of the above proposals on the basis of parameters defined by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India (GoI), New Delhi. 6. Preparation of evaluation report and reporting it to the Head of the Section. Providing relevant inputs in the evaluation committee if required. 7. Selection and finalization of the assessment agencies (mandate of assessment agency is the assessment of trainees after the skill development training) on the basis of rating criteria decided by the SCGJ. 8. Conducting timely assessments of the trainee’s post completion of the training and coordinating for the same with various stake holders. 9. Coordinating and arranging the conduct of the Training of Trainers (ToT) and Training of Assessors (ToA) events PAN India basis on regular intervals as per the mandate set by National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship (MSDE), Govt. of India (GoI), New Delhi. It involves: (a) Mobilization of Trainers and Assessors from across India. (b) Identifying the venue for the event. (c) Arrange the Master Trainers for the program. (d) Conducting the assessment on the last day of the program. 10. Active participation and contribution as a Core Team Member in the development of course handbook prepared by SCGJ for the trainees. 11. Align Council activities with Skill India Mission, National Solar Mission, Clean India Mission and Make in India initiative.
