I am a professional with 10 years of cross functional experience in roles across Corporate Social Responsibility and the development ecosystem, Program Management, Training and Development, Human Resources, Communications, Operations and large format Event management.
Presently, I work as the project lead for my organization’s Social Scale-Up program that works with social enterprises and not-for-profit organizations and creates processes and system for sustainable scale-up for their business. For the past 5 years I have also led the platform that showcases breakthrough innovations in the business and social ecosystems in India via a biennial learning event.
In my previous roles I have successfully executed large format corporate events; handled training, content development and quality processes within the KPO sector and successfully led volume recruitment for the BPO sector.
