Previously worked in Evidence Action, Poulation Research Centre, IEG for one year before starting PhD. After PhD worked for sometime in District Level Household Survey 3rd round in its analysis aqnd report writing stage. After that worked as Asst. Professor in Population studies in IIPS, Mumbai and since December 2011 till April 2014 worked at PSI as Assistant Research manager and then promoted to Research Manager.
capacity enhance due to work are -
conceptualize research topic (specially for publication or working paper); study design- sample size calculation and sampling; tools preparation, data collection training to investigator; monitoring of data collection; data analysis and report writing. Also worked closely with Rajasthan Govt, for RMNCH+A programme and working as State Demographer consultant position from UNFPA Rajasthan. Worked as Project Director in TNS India Private Ltd in the Social Research Unit for one Year and currently working as Associate Director position in Kantar Public.KANTAR PUBLIC in India is a Division of HTA Pvt. Completed PhD in Population Studies from International Institute for Population Sciences, Mumbai in 2010. The doctoral thesis was based on both primary and secondary data and the topic was "Impact of fertility decline on child schooling"
Have two masters degree one in Economics and another in Population Studies.
