My academic understanding on development subject and over Nine years of ground level experience working in a tribal Block of Southern Rajasthan on Rural development will give me a better comprehensive view about its functionality. I have worked with National Rural Livelihood Mission (NRLM) the SHG members, CRPs, Village organizations, CLFs on concepts like Institution Building, Capacity Building, Financial Inclusion, Bank Linkage to SHGs, and Skill Development of rural youths through RSETI / RSLDC and operational process of these Community Institutions. I strongly believe that I have the exposure, experiences and familiarity to work with the poor community to make it sustainability which will help all the stakeholders to grow. Thus, This is the best way to implement the community owned implementation, monitoring and sustainability mechanism. Its helps to reduce the Error of Inclusion and Exclusion that leads to better delivery of services/ benefits to the targeted beneficiaries.
