Professional Experience:
Project Management experience
• Designing, planning and implementation of large scale complex projects, developing new models for enterprise building and environmental sustainability. Preparing relevant ToRs, documentation of activities, concept notes, designing capacity building trainings. Guided Project Officers to further deepen the work in their clusters. In charge of work planning, operations, collaborations & continuous quarterly reviews for greater project impact. Designed and conducted CSO trainings, Result Oriented Monitoring (ROM). Evaluations, designed dissemination workshops for the project goals. Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning – Coordinate and visit all the clusters on daily and monthly basis, review and course correct for impactful implementation. Maintain project MIS. Liaise with authorities and communities for greater impact. Led on wellbeing survey, mid-term assessment and impact evaluation. Strengthening supply chains – with new design development in Varanasi, Kota, Bagru and Churu along with providing new markets for their products with brands such as Jaypore, Good Earth and Gocoop so on. Upcycled products made by women of Mangla Foundation (new artisans) were exhibited and sold in Brussels World Development Day and other fairs with backward and forward linkages as required. Grant management and RBM based periodic donor reporting.

Development Communication
• Designing, strategising on advocacy on toxic waste
• Design yearly plan, half yearly and quarterly plans;
• Reporting - prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly, half yearly and annual reports for internal and external consumption; prepare annual narrative reports for HIVOS (communication project donor) and annual SIDA (core partner) narrative report for activities and achievements;
• Developing all communication channels- website, lectures, brochures, design campaigns and develop campaign collaterals,
• Knowledge building and resource centre management
• Manage budget and assist finance to team with yearly outlays and reporting; liaise with stakeholders such as media, journalists; write press releases;
• Vendor management - Identify, appoint vendors, consultants and advertising agencies for developing communication collaterals;

Education:
After completing Graduation with English Honours I trained in advertising and marketing. I completed PGDM - Advertising & Marketing, from Bhartiya Vidya Bhawan, Kolkata and thereafter did a certificate course in Advertising from Clarion College of Communication.
Affiliations and Achievements:
1. Formation of National Struggle Committee of Brick Kiln Workers (NSBKW) a national platform for brick kiln workers unions from Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, West Bengal, Maharashtra, Tripura and Odisha demanding Decent Working conditions, fair recruitment, provisioning safe migration and education for the children. Connecting over 3000 migrant children to bridge course learning centres in Ajmer & Bhilwara in Rajasthan; Mathura & Fatehpur in Uttar Pradesh.
2. Building thriving enterprises: Setting up of two Producers based federations in Varanasi and Udaipur. Formation of Varanasi Weavers and Artisans Society (VWAS), which is successfully creating a space for weavers to incubate designs, sell, and access services. www.varanasiweavershub.com Also in Salumber Udaipur 1500 women who had no access to livelihood today have formed a federation by name of Mangla Foundation which is allowing them to earn a sustainable livelihood by creating handmade upcyled/repurposed products with textile waste. Up-linking women artisans of Kota to market opportunities with leading brands such as Good Earth and Jaypore.
3. Extending SEWA’s mandate in CSR sphere - Identifying and converting Coca Cola Anadana Foundation as a donor for a renewable energy entrepreneurship for rural women of Munger, Bihar. This was one of the first CSR grant received by SEWA for building rural entrepreneurs.
4. Setting up of two 1KLD washing unit and treatment plant for sustainable production in Udaipur and Jaipur. In Sanganer, Jaipur livelihood of 1600 people was at stake and this treatment facility was able to successfully mitigate the threat

5. Published paper on enterprise building titled Advancing Sustainable Development and Women’s Empowerment in Asia
