Education:
I studied at Kalinga School of Rural Management , passed out in 2011 with 6.28 CGPA. I have undertaken various projects with renounced NGO’s of India along with which I have undertaken international project at Asia Institute of Technology, Bangkok during two years of my master.
Academic projects start with Village Study Segment at Development Alternatives, TARA gram, Orchha, Madhya Pradesh.
PROJECT TITLE: Enhancement of local economy through electrification.
THEME PAPER: Developing rural economic zone .
DESCRIPTION: To understand the attitudes of villagers towards long term and short term development plans in regards to use of electricity and enhancement of local economy through various plans such as Village Electrification, formation of village energy committee for motivating the villager's to get benefit of advanced electricity. Scope for enterprises, renovation of the education system by increasing the number of teachers or decentralize it by giving the responsibility to the educated youths of the village with the help of government education scheme. Formation of community based village development committee that ensures various developments, formation of SHGs to increase the saving. The Long term plan basically focused on training center for the girls for learning the skills of handicraft making, kneading and stitching. Establishment of small enterprise in the village mainly run by women, Formation of co-operatives (farmers) and establishment of various enterprises to explore the business opportunity.
2. International study segment (ISS) at Asian Institute of Technology, Thailand

DESCRIPTION: The project involve the understanding the means of One Tambon one project in Thailand that increases the income opportunity and the benefits to the local people.

PROJECT TITLE: Participatory forest management
DESCRIPTION: The project was done to understand the role and responsibility of community in forest Management
3. Management Traineeship Segment (MTS) - I
PROJECT TITLE: Study and Capture the coping mechanism on Health, Sanitation and Livelihood of the Community in flood affected areas under BRLPS.
ORGANISATION: Bihar Rural Livelihoods Promotion society. (JEEVIKA)
DESCRIPTION: The project was done to observing the problem, severity faced by villagers during flood. Finding out coping mechanism adapted by villagers and feasibility of the mechanism in minimizing the impact of flood.
