Key Responsibilities:

To ensure compliance of Finance and all other statutory requirements accurately and timely.
Reporting to Country Director
Part of Senior Management Team regarding financials. Monthly, Annual donor wise and other relevant financial reports.
Project and grants wise accounting in the books so that all donor reports can be prepared.
Initiate the of Annual Budget planning process with the support of Country Director and other Directors ensuring availability of funds by clinic, location and donor/Grant wise. Review change in plans and budgets and Reporting to SMT.
Manage organizational cash flow and forecasting based upon budget and expense
Managing Contracts and Sub contracts.
Preparation of financial policy to ensure financial accountability of all the field and state level projects.
Assist in the new business development, donor fund planning and arrangement of funds for the organization.
Supervising Legal matters, lease rent of more than 60 rented premises for clinics
Managing office vehicles, logistics and maintenance, controlling consumption and ensuring availability for all official work.
Supervising and planning proactively administrative functions to ensure efficient functioning of office.
Organizing and managing procurement of goods and services as per the standard procurement norms.
Managing IT function and ensuring smooth IT function by ensuring continued service provider
Monitor all legislations relevant to the organization to ensure compliance.
