Professional Experience:

I am a humanitarian program manager with 12 years of experience in Disaster Management, Health, Watsan and livelihood sectors. My primary strength is in DM in the areas of early warning, long term forecasting, CBDRR, CCA, Urban DRR. I have a wide experience of domestic and International relief and response.

Apart from this I have practical experience of managing community based water supply, sanitation and hygiene projects, managing community health projects and also livelhood.

I have strong capacity in relationship management especially with government and Donor. I also am strong in internal relationship building within organisation.

Within program management I feel confident in program development, fund raising, reporting and monitoring. I also have been managing employees from 5 to 65.
