1.Assist the chief district health officer and member secretery of district health society in all the matters relating management of human and financial resources.

4.Assisting chief District health officer in all mater related to programme,performance monitoring.
5.Monitor managerial , administrative and financial aspects of programme and provide feedback for improvement.
6.Provide logistic support to field staff for implementation of programme.

8.Analyze financial and physical progress report and take corrective measures for improvement of out put.
9.Identify the cause of any unreasonable delay in the achievement of milestone and propose corrective action.
10.Provide regular report and feedback on the programme to chief district health officer.
11.Take appropriate action in relation to feed back provided by medical officers/program officer.

Post graduation in Health and hospital management with specilised in public health management,from IIHMR,Jaipur.Basic qualification is Physiotherapy.Diploma in nutrition and health education.gold medalist in graduation and win number of national awards for my innovative health care models in my post graduation.
