I am senior professional with 18 years of versatile experience with significant exposure in the print media & content management domain. I am currently functioning as an Editor, S&P Global Platts at Gurgaon, Haryana. I've earlier been associated with leading media houses like The Times of India, Thomson Reuters, The Indian Express and Hindustan Times. I am well versed in reporting, editing, page make up, content management including sourcing/ delivery of contents to agricultural and allied sectors. I have proven ability in sourcing & authenticating stories/ information from various sources.
One of my core responsibilities had been to develop & maintain productive business relationship with relevant personalities/ key decision makers in the relevant field of reporting.

Education:

I have done masters in mass communication from the Department of Mass Communication, Panjab University, Chandigarh. My major subjects during the PG degree included the Theories of Communication, Print, Radio & TV Journalism, Public Relations and Advertising.
Before that I pursued BA Honours in Political Science from the Government College, Sector 11, Chandigarh. Besides, Political Science, I also studied Economics, Public Administration, English and Punjabi in my graduation.
Prior to joining the college, I passed the senior secondary school examination (10+2) in non-medical stream from Punjab School Education Board (PSEB), Mohali.
