I have gleaned a wide range of experience over the past 7.5 years with emphasis on the health sector and now possess the ability to monitor, evaluate, co-relate and project scenarios and ascertain their viability.
As a team player and a hard working individual I bring to the table a certain commitment and a set of tangible deliverables. My other strengths include the patience and resilience for in depth monitoring, evaluation research and the ability to make concise and accurate reports and feasibility studies.
My tenure at the health Management Institute at Jaipur gave me the necessary grounding and I have used it effectively to produce time-bound assessments for high profile projects.
I was able to use this knowledge to substantiate data, conduct field studies and lead a crew in making highly accurate studies on specific assignments relating to biometric enrolments, sample registration survey.
In the process I have also learnt the art of liaison with senior government officials and am familiar with the executive machinery and its functioning. I would submit that I have been able to generate goodwill and trust in the rural population and thereby produce authentic solutions to bottleneck problems in organizing efficient and successful implementation strategies.
I am equally adept at planning long-term and short term strategies designed to improve and hasten the result and always ensure deadlines are met without compromise in the work output.
As a person who has had experience both in the office protocols and paperwork as well as in the field I can say I have had substantial exposure to both sides of the coin and this has given me a multi-dimensional grasp of the fundamentals
