Research Coordinator (INCLEN – Project) - is an on-going study for barriers to care seeking for under 5 children suffering from childhood pneumonia in urban rural and tribal part of Gujarat
•Developing quantitative and qualitative tools
•Establishing team of field workers and supervisors for data collection in Urban, Tribal and Rural Districts of Gujarat.
•Liaising with the government officials and the key stake holders at field level
•Training of the field workers and field supervisors for data collection
•Timely monitoring of the data collection and field work conducted by the filed team appointed
•Conducting KII, in-depth interviews and FGDs with key stake holders and government officials

Project Coordinator- Coordinating Four Mobile Health Units (MHUs) with a team of 20, inclusive of Doctors, Nurses, Pharmacist, Counsellors, Lab Attendant, Helpers and Drivers. •Field visits to private and government children homes in Gujarat for baseline report generation for project Sankul.
