•Presently working as Freelance Consultant(community mobilization,agri extension,trainings) to NGOs at Khellary area, Jharkhand.
•From 2014 to 2015, I had worked in Electrsoteel CSR at Boakro area(Jharkhand). Under CSR Context, identified Programs as per business & community needs, strategize & manage Project(Electrical Training centre,Sewing Centre,Prerna Kendra,Puff rice Unit) life cycle (planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, evaluation & reporting).
•From 2010-2013, I had worked in PRADAN at Chakradaharpur and Kharswan area( Jharkhand). Livelihood Promotion(Tasar & its Cooperative and Agriculture), Building People Institution(SHG, Cluster,Federation) from scratch level, Integrated Natural Resource Mangement for ITDA(TWC) projects(LowLand Wells and Lift Irrigation), Natural farming under BMGF(Bill Gates & Melinda Gates Foundation) project, Government Linkages(especially ATMA(agri technical agency) linkages) are the key areas i had worked on.
•Expert in providing trainings and ensuring coordination among stakeholders
•Developed competency in conducting market survey and analysis to design and develop the products according to the market requirements(puff rice unit at Bokaro District,Jharkhand)
