Professional Experience:
# In programme Global Fund Round 9 - Tuberculosis (TB) Care and Control (RNTCP) as District coordinator with Catholic Health Association of India (CHAI) (Aug’10 to till Date)
•In MP’s two district Gwalior & Guna as district coordinator(Apr’11),
•Coordination between Project Unit- Project Authority -Head office,
•Coordinate with DTO/CMO/DPO/DPM & DM/SDM /Jilla Panchayat plan social activity in district and to assign NGOs social mobilization,
•Identify & Co-ordinate activities with Eight MNGOs working at field level for Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM).
•Project level planning/performance review by fortnightly staff meeting (developing action plan, team delegation, work allocation, grass root level problem solving)
•Sensitization & Train local NGO networks, Health Staff (MO, ANM, ASHA, and AWW), PP/RMPs/ RHPs & CBOs, community volunteers, PLHIV networks Capacity Building on RNTCP & Soft Skill training.
•Co-ordinate activities with NGOs working at field level for Advocacy, Communication and Social Mobilization (ACSM)
•Prepare monthly, Quarterly, annual project progress reports,
•Oversee day-to-day implementation of the project and ensure smooth and timely completion of planned project activities
# Polio Eradication, Routine Immunization, Nutrition & Maternal Health as Mobilization Coordinator with S.M.Net. UNICEF (July’08 to July’10) As Mobilization Coordinator,
•Monitoring of the project according to Project guideline
•Oversee day-to-day implementation of the project and ensure smooth and timely completion of planned project activities;
