• Headed consulting, design and general management, for 7yrs and 3mths.
• Headed Family Welfare Organization under the aegis of Army Wives Welfare Association - a not for profit NGO; directly worked with around 350 families and executed vocational training programmes for 2 yrs.
• Secretary, Indian Army (Divisional level) Vocational Training Centre for women. Designed 9 training programmes and successfully implemented them.
• Co-founded: A beauty and wellness company.
• Founded and successfully led a consulting, designing and manufacturing company in the field of architectural glass.
