I am involved to undertake appropriate scientific research method for discharging my duties in effective and efficient manner with interalia Administration, Accounts and over all of supervision in the Directorate.
Accounts & Administration, Supervision, Monitoring, Planning and Co-ordination:-
1. Tabulation and analysis of data collection, checking inconsistencies in of data respect and arranging manual and general regarding Kachha/Pucca houses and other to the table with adopted norms.
2. Uninhabited villages in census data project from 1961 to 2001 up in M.P. & Chattisgarh State regarding.
3. Record management in Millennium Census 2001 in the proper way with systematic manner.
4. Large size village project as per RGI’s instruction.
5. SRS and CRS Project-Field & Inspection & Checking to RGI’s instruction regards.
6. DCHB in various districts report writing in analytical note.
7. DCO’s other routine work by Administration and Account with over all supervision, planning, monitoring and co-ordination.
8. Slum Project in M.P. & Chatishgarh as per ORGI’s instruction may be completed.
9. Annual Health Survey M.P. may be doing systematic training and instructions follow by ORGI guide lines.
10. Pre-testing Census-2011 and DCO various work as per the ORGI instructions and guidelines.
11. Census 2011& NPR work (DCO,Manipur) completed as per the ORGI instructions and guidelines and done by my level.
12. Biometrics work of NPR and other related works in Manipur are undergoing under my supervision and 80% done by my level.
13. BPL Census and Caste Census related work in Manipur State are undergoing in my supervision and SECC done by my level.
14. Manipur state done by MTS project and VD/TD work in my supervision, monitoring and guidance and Completed in my level.
15. Mother Toung (MTS) Survey work by Uttarakhnad State completed in my level.
16. Annual Health Survey work done by my level in State of Uttarakhnd and In all respect with health side various issue to search and larger survey in Asia.
17. Uttarakhnd State Census 2011 works done by in my supervision and guidance may be completed to result in my level.
18. Bio-Matric work of NPR and other related works in Uttarakhnad undergoing my supervision and guidance start to 6 Districts.
19. Data Centre work in Uttarakhand done by UP work in Supervision.
20. Uttarakhand State DCHB (VD/TD) releted work done by in my supervision and completed in my level.

Efficiently and effectively achievement, which requires an emphasis implementation the work:-
1. I have been participating in activities of Songs & Drama Division.
2. I have been involved in producing and directing cultural programmes for field publicity.
3. published activities on social issues in Newspapers and magazine.
4. I have been doing research work in slum area for community development.
5. I have been participating in personality development of school going children, youth, women, farmers and villagers in co-ordination with VLTP with personality development.
6. Still giving many programmes - talks and discussion etc. in All India Radio and Doordarshan.
7. Attending many N.S.S. camps for the development of villages.
8. I have been actively involved in social work to make awareness among the development of people living in rural, tribal and urban areas.
9. In association with many Government and Non-Government organizations, I have been delivering lecturers to bring awareness, motivation and various development.
10. I taught various subjects, viz. health, child development, sanitation, social work and services etc. at Central Govt. State Govt. and NGOs.
11. Through training and workshop, I explained the skills of monitoring, planning, budgeting accounting to the communities of rural, tribal as well as NGOs.
12. As a teacher, guide and informer my prime task is to disseminate Govt. scheme to benefit rural and urban people SC/ST/BPL including weaker section people and minority communities.
13. Assigned as an inspecting officer at Bhopal & Imphal for various examinations conducted by the Staff Selection Commission (SSC Examination) Raipur and Guwahati (Assam) also.
