Having 25 years of professional experience in social sector working at grass root as well as state level. My career has been grossly blessed working with people for sustainable development nurtured by few well renowned organizations namely: Compfed, Cencored, Praxis, Action Aid and UNICEF. Presently, I am working with Project Concern International India and providing technical support in rolling-out source migration and HIV/AIDS intervention. The areas of technical support includes Program Management, Monitoring & Evaluation and Advocacy has further groomed my skills of liaison where working with the system and sensitizing the system from within is definitely a challenge to face with. My core job responsibility that has tremendously contributed to my skills in Partnership/Network Development and Program Management. I have deeper insight in various development issues, central and state policies and its implications at grass root level.
During my professional carrier, I have worked on diverse nature of issues such as local self -governance, poverty, public health, water and sanitation in which inclusion of poor and excluded namely Mahadalits and Women were the main challenges which I dealt with.
I have good understanding about policies and procedures involved in multi lateral, bi-lateral development assistance and working with Government. I am a person having sound inter personal communication skills having fluency in English, Hindi and many local languages popular in Bihar.
I have worked with District Administration and State Government and have developed sound understanding regarding government programmes and policies through improved planning, implementation and monitoring.

Birth Certificate was provided to 1.5 crore children studying in Govt. primary and middle schools across Bihar in a Birth Registration campaign jointly organised by UNICEF and GoB.
Due to successful lobbying and advocacy with government, Anganwari Workers of the state has been declared as Sub-Registrar (Births and Deaths) for the first time in the country.
Block has been made a homogenous unit for delayed registration of Births and Deaths due to strong influencing and negotiating skills.
Capacities of Panchayati Raj representatives and govt. functionaries have been developed on Decentralised Planning.
Annual and perspective plan was prepared for Vaishali district in consultation with ward sabha for the first time in the state.
