Currently, I am working with State society for Ultra poor and Social Welfare (Deptt. of social Welfare, Govt. of Bihar, India), as an Assistant Program Manager for its project Mukhyamantri Bhikshavriti Nivaran Yojana. I have to take care of the overall monitoring of the project and its successful running in the whole of state. Upon joining, I was entrusted with the charge of various rehabilitation homes running under the program for the ultra poor’s as well as to look after various surveys being done for them. In 9 months, we have successfully operated 14 rehabilitation homes in seven districts and one skill development training centre for ultra poor’s as well as to manage and regular updation of skill development program being run by Mukta Saksham Utapadak Samuh (A co-operative society of ultra poor’s for jute products and supported by SSUPSW ), and are in the process of spreading our wings to some more districts where survey has been completed. I am responsible for financial audit also ie Utilization Certificate being presented by various NGO’s .I am responsible for smooth running of the program and present my program before various officials of and on. More than 500 ultra poor’s have been given training for skill development and about 2000 have been provided other source of rehabilitation. Here, I am handling a team of more than 200 People who are DPO’s, PA’s and ORW’s besides the team of different NGO’s which comprises of Suptd’s, Field coordinator’s, ANM, Counsellor etc . I have organized a number of health cum disability camps for ultra poor’s as well as blood donation camps for these beneficiaries. I am looking after the finance part of the project as well as its social audit.

I have completed MBA from Maharishi Institute of Management, Noida, with a good and realistic knowledge of Team and People Management. I have also done P.G. in Labor and Social Welfare from Magadh University, Bihar with first class.I have graduated in Psychology from Ranchi University, Jharkhand with first division. I have done my intermediate from Intermediate Council, Bihar in second division. I have done my 10th with C.B.S.E. with First class. Besides, I have always been active in extracurricular activities throughout my life.
