From September '14 - December '22:
Eight-plus years’ experience of working with Mobile Creches, Delhi, as a Deputy Manager of programs. Their main agenda is Early Childhood Care & Development. The core responsibilities were project management, monitoring, donor management, capacity building, coordination, advocacy, linkages, and documentation.
Before this role, I worked with IIMPACT, Gurugram, for three yrs. as a documentation officer and as a capacity-building -pedagogy. The core work involved documentation of work done by the organization, academic quality improvement, pedagogy, and capacity building.
I also got opportunities of working with SOSVA Delhi for four yrs)& VV Giri National Labour Institute, Noida ( 6 months )
At SOSVA, overall responsible for the Gender Resource Project, monitoring, documentation, budgeting, linkages, capacity building, and liasoning with govt departments.
At VV Giri National Labour Institute,Noida I worked as a research investigator under an ILO Project, conducting interviews, analysis of data, and preparing case studies.
