Since July 2007 till date - Have worked in an international organic certification company for past five years at various positions. Have been active in organic and fair trade inspections till date with few inspections in the neighbouring south asian country of Nepal. Served also as certification officer for one year. Since past three years, actively managing communication and business development activities for the organisation, promoting organic farming, processing, trading and input certification services among prospective players. Managing the team of 8 officers.
Business development activities include content management and development of communication material and media viz. press releases, social media management, documentaries, writing business proposals.
Have conducted trainings and acted as resource persons for prospects, cleints' staff, inhouse trainings for juniors, subordinates.

Was invited for paper presentation in an EU funded international three year case study on Geofairtrade project at Brussels on 5th November 2010.
