• Coordinating & working in synergy with for 4 Regional offices viz. Jaipur, North India, North east and Hyderabad and 2 Synergy groups viz. Women rights and Child rights and ensuring statutory compliances for all the approved projects and smooth fund disbursement to these regions
• Responsible for collating communications materials and ensuring timely reporting to IHART (International Humanitarian Action and Resilience Team) from India and many other emergency projects
• Facilitating and participating in partners appraisal, midterm review, impact assessment and withdrawal processes and developing reports for the same
• Liaising with internal units of the organization to ensure timely information dissemination for smooth implementation of programme activities
• Record best practices of projects across the country and ensuring best possible ways to document and disseminate useful information related to the programme
• Ensure information symmetry across programme by identifying reporting points and analysing the regional programmatic and financial reports to monitor and get useful insights into the programme
• Follow up on programmatic, financial, and other statutory requirements for Long term and Short-term initiatives
• Effectively managing the Projects MIS in the Programmes Unit
• Coordinating with regional offices and ensuring effective implementation of projects ensuring FCRA and other compliances
• Collated region and partner wise programmes and policy level achievements of last CSP (country strategy paper) period for general board meeting

I am a post graduate in Mass Communication & Journalism and did graduation in Economics and English from the University of Allahabad. After Post graduation from MJMC, I joined Gandhi fellowship of two years which was based in government primary and upper primary schools. There gained experience of working with school Head Masters, teachers, children and other stakeholders like community and block and district level government officials.
