Being a part of Jeevika (BRLPS) a project of govt.of Bihar supported & funded by world bank I have seen numerous programmes run by the organization as well as different initiative taken by BRLPS for the socio-economic upliftment of poor households of Bihar. I work with poor household where they are involved with set of economic activities which in turn provide them with self-employment. Each day I deal with new challenges at grass root level in different thematic viz social development, microfinance, cooperative and producer group. Based at block level I lead the block level team of the project, managing almost 20 staff working directly under me. I have an experience of planning & executing all project activities at block level. My key role as a BPM what I have experienced is to maintain liasoining with government line departments, banking institutions, civil society organization & other external agency for project purpose. I handle the overall charge of finance & administrative functions of the block unit managing the self help groups leading a team of field workers.
I know how to maintain good liasoining with different support structures from block to district level which is required to induce the social mobilization, institution building and empowerment process. Working in BRLPS has given me practical knowledge, challenges and learning about different thematic which are correlated for sustainable development of poor. As a rural professional my keen interest is to work for poor which is my ultimate satisfaction for work. As professional I would be able to apply my skill and knowledge to enhance innate capabilities of poor for their sustainable livelihood.

Completed Bachelors in commerce with specialization in accountancy with 58% marks from Maharaja Sayajirao university,Vadodara Gujarat.
Completed Post graduation from tata institute of social sciences where my course was M.A. in social work with specialization in rural development.
