Professional Experience:
I joined FINO 2.5 years back as a Management Trainee.During my tenure at FINO, I have received exposure in various projects like microfinance,SHG,rural marketing etc.I have worked with various International and National Agencies like IFC, NABARD,Microfinance Opportunities and World Bank.My portfolio revolved around seeking grants from international clients and working with them in close coordination in resolving the key servicing issues related to Branchless banking projects at the ground level through financial literacy to our business corrospondents and end customers .Some major tasks undertaken by me included designing the content for the financial literacy programmes, managing the entire project at the ground level, liasioning with clients and monitoring the progress of the projects. These projects are basically to the train our Business Corrospondents for providing better services to the end customers and also, providing financial literacy training to our customers majorly for inculcate the habit of savings and increase the usage of smart cards which provides a hassle free branchless banking service at the doorstep.For short period of time of three months I even worked with the SHG team for formation and servicing of SHGs in different parts of Andhra Pradesh. From past one year, I have been in microfinance verticle where I have handled various departments like Human resource management, training, process development etc.At present ,I am working as a relationship manager for Banks namely: Union Bank of India and IDBI. My work profile revolves around liasioning with Banks in carrying forward the microfinance activities in rural areas of Maharastra through Business Corrospondent model. I am also looking into Social Performance Measurement initiative for our end customers.The Social Performance Initiative is basically to "Measure our Mission" at the ground level.
