I enjoy working on issues related to education, children and youth
* My experience in teaching (undergraduate and postgraduate) and with NGOs in the education space exposed me to challenges in the delivery of quality education which reinforced my commitment to work towards creating an environment that offers children and youth a thriving opportunity to discover and develop their strengths and lead happy, empowered lives.
* As a qualitative researcher I analysed human behaviour using tools like indepth interviews, focus group discussions and ethnography; travelled across India, analysing the diverse socio-political conditions and cultural processes. In marketing and business development roles in retailing, research and education, I tailored product offerings and communication to meet needs of diverse consumer groups.
* I have worked independently as well as managed teams and projects as part of my assignments. Strong interpersonal skills and a people orientation helped me to inspire associates and students to achieve their potential. I love travelling and exploring places and cultures and wish to use my experiences to channelize my strengths and conviction towards being an agent of positive sustainable change.
