Professional Experience:

Have been involved in entire research work from conceptualisation of the project to data collection to analysis and dessimination of research finding.Also involved in training of field staff and iniating implementation in project areas.

Have also been part of research on family planning usage in Urban slums at the level of project coordinator in the area of Sexual &Reproductive Health in Asia's Largest Slum Dharavi.
As a Team Leader, my major role has been to help my team to work together and helping the projects run smoothly. I have organised my team and its workload and make sure performance is kept to a really high standard.My role has involved delegating tasks, monitoring the team's performance, helping their training and development, completing paperwork and handling issues in the field.
