The program is designed for mid career professionals to impart experiential learning around contemporary sustainability challenges in a manner that brings out inter-connectedness of systems and issues. This gives participants an opportunity to get a ‘hands-on’ experience of dealing with complex development challenges and in the process nurtures and transforms them into leaders who carry a problem solving and systemic approach.

ISDLP is being offered as 4 residential training sessions around Leadership building and Sustainability in Urban Development, Rural Development, Business Sector and Mountain Eco-systems.
