Programme Overview:
 
The importance of public policy analysis in decision making in organisations dealing with formulation and implementation of public policy cannot be overemphasised. The methodology and tools of public policy analysis is immensely useful for government, NGO and even private organisations especially dealing with public utilities. The three day programme would focus on models on policy analysis and methods covering both qualitative and quantitative tools.  It would introduce the basics of transaction cost analysis, cost-benefit analysis, measures of poverty and inequality and monitoring and evaluation. The programme is designed for practitioners in the development sector, government officials, managers of private organisations and researchers.

The programme fee is Rs. 18,000/- per person. Applicable Service Tax on the programme fee will be levied extra. The fee is inclusive of boarding & lodging, tuition fee, reading material, stationery, etc. The fee should be paid in advance by demand draft/multi-city cheque/bank transfer in favour of the Institute of Rural Management Anand, payable at Anand.
